We have a dedicated placement and training assistance cell established to assist our students with a successful career. We organise campus interviews for our students, bringing in some of the best organisations from the Aviation Industry to interview our students. Our students are now holding enviable positions and playing key roles in premier aviation organizations in India and abroad. Some of the prestigious aviation organisations where our students are placed include Indian Airlines, Air India & Alliance Air, Pawan Hans, Kingfisher Airlines, Jet Airways, GoAir, Paramount Airways, Indigo Airlines, Spice Jet, Blue Dart, Gulf Air, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, GAMCO, British Airways, Nepal Airlines. In addition to having its own Aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul company, RG Aviation has partnered with other premium aircraft maintenance organisations in India to facilitate best on-the-job training of the students.
The AMEs have host of career opportunities and may join a wide range of organisations from the aviation industry that include Scheduled passenger airlines,Cargo Airlines, Non- scheduled operators, state governments,central government, PSU aviation establishments,MRO organisations, Manufacturing plantsand Aviation manufacturing software developmentand support companies.
The candidates shall have passed minimum 10+2 Class with aggregate of 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics; or a three years diploma in engineering; or a higher qualification in science with Physics and Mathematics. The trainees shall be subjected to a medical examination by a qualified doctor (having at least an MBBS degree) before being admitted to the training institute. This is done to check the medical fitness of students for the field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Candidates should not have any physical disabilities or colour blindness, which may interfere in discharging the duties as an AME.
